Co-workers is a chance to grow and be equipped with doctrine and practical skills essential to the Christian life.
The programme runs every week during the university term time. Trainees meet on Tuesday evenings for an hour. Throughout the year there are a couple of weekends away — this is an opportunity to dig deeper into particular topics.
We also assign a mentor to each trainee to make sure convictions and character are growing alongside each other.
This is a two-year programme. Through the various forms of teaching and pastoral input, the trainees will be growing in maturity and gain confidence and the ability to serve in ministry over the years to come.
